Best place in Pine!

The wandering elk and the hosts are absolutely top notch. They think of everything so you don’t have to. This is definitely our go to when ever we are visiting Pine! Our kids even get along better when we stay here. Lol and that’s huge! There is also a lot to do in the area soooo much wildlife. 10000% recommend staying at the wandering elk. Can’t wait for our next visit!

Fantastic Stay!

The home was comfortable and very well-equipped with everything we needed. The setting was peaceful with plenty of wildlife. We loved watching the birds, elk, and deer each day. The host was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make us feel truly at home. We can’t wait to come back!

WOnderful Cabin

CAbin was wonderful. Plenty of space and separate living areas if you have a lot of people. Owners were very attentive, coming immediately when the sound bar for the TV didn't work. And we saw 6 elk! Fantastic!

Great Stay for a Getaway

Debbie stayed in contact with us the whole time, and was checking in with us. It was great that she is easily to get a hold off. The cabin was beautiful and the location was perfect. We went in April and the weather was perfect to drink a hot coffee outside on the deck and look out into the serene forest. She had everything we can think of to do. Board games, outdoor games, bird feeding, Sammy the squirrel feeding. a Grill, a fire pit, small trail behind her cabin, picnic table outdoors, and a telescope. Her guidebook helped so much as well. We went to Tonto National park and went hiking. Shopped at the local stores, (The Hippie store was our favorite!)Especially loved the floor plan. The basement is perfect for a small family like mine, they had two beds, plus a wet bar with a pool table and tv, couch and full bathroom. Upstairs had their own little loft and bedroom opened to a deck. The main floor had two bedrooms. Everyone had their own privacy. Would completely reccommend to anyone for a family getaway!Thank You Debbie!

A great family destination

We enjoyed the beautiful view from the soaring windows in the living room with a roaring fire. Perfect for our family getaway. The host provides detailed information on the home as well as the area attractions in Pine and Strawberry.
